摘 要:加拿大某铅锌矿铅品位1.03%,锌品位5.86%,且矿石中有机碳含量为1.48%,属于典型的碳质铅锌矿。为提高该矿石的铅锌入选品位,同时降低有机碳含量,分别进行不同入选粒度要求的光电抛废脱碳试验、重介质抛废脱碳试验和摇床重选脱碳试验。试验结果表明:三种预选抛废方案均可提高铅锌入选品位,并降低抛废精矿含碳量。相比较而言,重介质分选工艺抛废率可达到47.13%,抛废精矿铅品位和锌品位分别提高至1.70%和10.78%,铅锌损失率分别为10.32%和3.59%,有机碳含量降低至0.94%,技术指标相对最佳;其次是光电分选方案;摇床重选方案抛废率较低,抛废尾矿中铅锌损失率相对较高。A lead-zinc ore in Canada contains 1.03%lead,5.86%zinc and 1.48%,organic carbon,which is a typical carboniferous lead-zinc ore.In order to improve the selected grade of lead and kinc and reduce the organic carbon content of the ore,the tests of photoelectric waste decarburization,heavy media w aste decarburization and shaking table heavy separation dec arburization were carried out respectively.The results showed that the three pre-selection and waste disposal schemes can improve the selected grade of lead and zinc and reduce the carbon content of the waste concentrate.In comparison,the waste rate of the heavy medium separation process can reach 47.13%,the lead grade and zinc grade of the waste concentrate are increased to 1.70%and 10.78%,respectively the lead and zinc loss rates are 10.32%and 3.59%,respectively the organic carbon content is reduced to 0.94%,and the technical indicators are relatively the best.The second is the photoe lectric sorting scheme;The waste disposal rate of the sha king table gravity separation is low,and the loss mte of Pb and Zn in the waste tailings is relatively high.
