摘 要:为研究车轮多边形磨损对高速车辆通过曲线时轮轨动态作用的影响,基于车辆—轨道耦合动力学理论,建立考虑轮对和构架柔性的刚柔耦合车辆—轨道动力学模型。以横向轮轨力响应为依据选取多边形阶次,制定考虑曲线运行工况的车轮多边形幅值限值,进一步分析曲线上的车轮多边形磨耗演变行为。结果表明:车轮多边形阶次对轮对横向振动存在一定程度的影响;过圆曲线路段时,多边形车轮的接触点横向位置会向名义滚动圆处靠近且对曲线外侧车轮的横向蠕滑力影响更为显著;过超高严重加剧了车轮多边形对曲线通过性能的影响;磨耗后期形成以初始阶次为主导的混合多边形圆周且对车辆动力学特性的影响加剧。In order to study the influence of wheel polygon wear on the dynamic effect of wheel-rail when high-speed vehicles pass through the curve,a rigid-flex vehicle-rail dynamic model considering wheelset and structural flexibility was established based on the vehicle-rail coupling dynamics theory.Based on the transverse wheel-rail force response,the polygon order was selected,and the wheel polygon amplitude limit considering the curve operating condition was formulated,and the wheel polygon wear evolution behavior on the curve was further analyzed.The results show that the polygonal order of the wheel has a certain degree of influence on the lateral vibration of the wheel pair.When crossing a circular section,the lateral position of the contact point of the polygon wheel will be closer to the nominal rolling circle,and the influence on the lateral creeping force of the wheel on the outside of the curve is more significant.The excessive height seriously aggravates the influence of wheel polygon on curve passing performance;In the later stage of wear,a mixed polygon circumference dominated by the initial order is formed and the influence on the dynamic characteristics of the train is intensified.
