摘 要:针对电力机车疲劳伤损评估的传感器测点数量局限性问题,对某型重载电力机车车体振动关键部位进行了加速度传感器布置,对车钩进行了载荷标定,在某货运专线进行了重车和空车状态下的动态测试,基于ANSYS仿真结果、nCode数据处理流程及实测车钩载荷数据获取了车体疲劳关键部位的计算应力时间历程,以雨流计数为基础编制了疲劳关键部位的计算应力谱,通过计算累积损伤获取了疲劳关键部位的剩余寿命,该机车在达到其设计寿命运行里程后,还可以安全运行56万km。In view of the limitation of the number of sensor measuring points for the fatigue damage evaluation of electric locomotive,the acceleration sensors are arranged at the key parts of the body vibration of a heavy-duty electric locomotive,the load of the coupler is calibrated,and the dynamic test under the condition of loaded and empty vehicles is carried out on a freight dedicated line.Based on the simulation results of ANSYS,nCode data processing flow and measured coupler load data,the calculated time-history of stress is then obtained on key parts of the car body.Based on rain-flow counting method,the calculation stress spectrum of the key parts is compiled,and the remaining life is obtained by calculating cumulative damage.After reaching its design life mileage,this type of locomotive is able to further operate 560000 kilometers safely.
