摘 要:针对动车组车轮“预防性计划修”导致的“过度修”等风险,为进一步提高镟修的针对性,改善经济性,文中提出了一种基于多目标决策方法的车轮镟修策略优化方法,具体是利用层次分析法,以轮轨匹配等效锥度、车轮多边形和径跳等关键影响因素为准则参数,以立即镟修、1周内镟修、状态跟踪和继续运行作为决策方案,然后以连续3次测量参数为输入计算得到不同状态测量参数条件下的最优决策;该方法可有效降低单次测量结果本身误差带来的决策错误风险或不同指标导向决策的矛盾风险,提高综合预警的科学性,可用于支撑动车组车轮视情镟修。In view of the risks of"over repair"caused by"planned preventive repair"of EMU wheels,this paper proposes an optimization method of wheel re-profiling strategy based on multi-objective decision making method,and it could be used to improve the pertinence and economy.Specifically,we using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),taking the key influencing factors such as wheelrail equivalent conicity,wheel polygon and radial jump as criteria parameters,and taking immediate repair,repair within one week,state tracking and continuous operation as decision candidates,and then the optimal decision under the condition of different state measurement parameters is obtained by taking three measurement parameters as input.This method can effectively reduce the risk of decision-making errors caused by the error of single measurement results or contradictory of different index oriented decision-making,improve the scientificity of comprehensive early warning,and can be used to support the condition based maintenance(CBM)of wheel re-profiling work.
