摘  要:推移千斤顶在井下使用过程中工况复杂且伸缩频繁,对其密封寿命具有较大挑战,为验证推移千斤顶寿命,设计了推移千斤顶加载试验平台,确定了4工位结构和相关试验、加载控制回路的方案。该试验平台的研制能够验证推移千斤顶密封的寿命,为类似试验平台设计提供相关经验。Working environment of pushing cylinder is complex and its extension and withdrawal are very frequent,which has a great challenge to its sealing life.To verify the life of pushing cylinder,a loading test platform of pushing cylinder was designed,structure of 4-station and scheme of related test and loading control loop were determined.The design of test platform can verify life of pushing cylinder seal,and provide relevant working experience for similar test platform design.
