摘 要:油气悬架具有良好的缓冲减振作用,被广泛应用于矿用工程车辆。为解决矿用自卸车单气室油气悬架在装载冲击工况下刚度过高导致悬架和车身部件易损坏的问题,设计了一种新型两级压力式油气悬架,利用AMESim仿真平台建立了两级压力式与单气室油气悬架模型,通过实验验证模型的准确性,并对比分析了2种悬架在逐次装载过程中的减振特性。结果表明,相比于单气室悬架,两级压力式油气悬架的油缸压力峰值降低0.19 MPa,活塞压缩行程的最大位移增加0.026 m,加速度功率谱密度峰值降低29.6%,两级压力式油气悬架的振动强度较弱,减振吸能特性较好,为工程车辆油气悬架系统设计提供了参考。Hydro-pneumatic suspension has satisfactory vibration reduction effect,which is widely used in mining engineering vehicle.To solve the problem of high stiffness of the single-chamber hydropneumatic suspension of mining dump trucks under loading impact condition,which leads to easy damage of suspension and body parts,a new two-stage pressure hydro-pneumatic suspension was designed.The suspension models of two-stage pressure and single-chamber were established by using AMESim simulation platform.The accuracy of models was verified by experiments,then vibration reduction characteristics of the two types of suspension during successive loading process were compared and analyzed.The results show that compared with the single-chamber suspension,the peak cylinder pressure of two-stage pressure suspension is reduced by 0.19 MPa,the maximum displacement of piston compression stroke is increased by 0.026 m,and the peak acceleration power spectral density is reduced by 29.6%.The vibration intensity of two-stage pressure suspension is weak,and the characteristic of vibration reduction energy absorption is good,which provides a reference for the design of hydropneumatic suspension system of engineering vehicle.
