摘 要:转动柱体表面液体涂层的载流量是工业应用中流体控制和工艺设计的一个重要参数.本文旨在研究旋转杆表面黏稠流体载流量与其流变特性、杆转速、杆半径和黏度的影响,分析不同条件下旋转杆上流体的载流量.通过旋转杆系统对不同特性流体进行变量控制的实验,得到了与理论预测结果相符的实验数据,论证了理论模型中旋转杆上黏稠流体的载流量与杆的转速、杆半径、流体自身的粘度的关系.我们的研究为工业生产中设备性能的优化奠定了实验和理论基础.The current carrying capacity of liquid coating on rotating cylinder surface is an important parameter for fluid control and process design in industrial applications.The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of the viscous fluid load on the surface of a rotating rod on its rheological properties,rod speed,rod radius and viscosity,and to analyze the fluid load on a rotating rod under different conditions.Through the experiment of variable control on the fluid with different characteristics of the rotating rod system,the experimental data consistent with the theoretical prediction are obtained,and the relationship between the carrying capacity of the viscous fluid on the rotating rod and the rotation speed of the rod,the radius of the rod and the viscosity of the fluid is demonstrated.Our research has laid the experimental and theoretical foundation for the optimization of equipment performance in industrial production.
