摘 要:分析医院医疗物联网建设的现状及问题,针对各物联网应用厂商接入不同终端时均采用独立的私有协议,导致医院医疗物联网基础网无法整体复用的弊端,本研究重点从感知层和网络层的通信接口规范入手,探索研究不同物联网终端接入物联网网关的协议规范,同时探索研究物联网网关的配置规范及网关管理控制器的功能规范,最终建设一套多种终端接入医院医疗物联网网关的通信规范体系,最后阐述了该院建设及应用情况,实现全院多种应用、多种物联网终端统一规范接入,可为其他医院建设物联网提供参考和依据。This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of constructing hospital's medical Internet of Things.In response to the fact that various IoT application manufacturers use independent private protocols when accessing different terminals,which makes hospital's medical IoT basic network unable to be reused as a whole,this paper focuses on the communication interface specifications of the perception layer and network layer,explores and studies the protocol specifications of different IoT terminals accessing IoT gateways.At the same time,it explores and studies the configuration specifications of IoT gateways and the functional specifications of gateway management controllers,and ultimately builds a communication specification system for multiple terminals to access the hospital's medical IoT gateways.Finally,it explains the construction and application situation of the hospital,and achieves unified and standardized access of multiple applications and IoT terminals throughout the hospital,providing reference and basis for constructing IoT in other hospitals.
