摘　　要：高职院校肩负着培养创新型人才的重要责任。“双高”建设背景下高职院校创业导师团队建设,有助于整合各方优质教育资源,帮助学生明确职业规划,推动职业教育改革步伐。通过分析“双高”建设背景下高职院校创业导师团队建设的内容与重要性,针对高职院校创业导师团队建设现状及存在的问题,提出相应的建设路径,以建设高水平的创业导师团队。Vocational colleges shoulder the important responsibility of cultivating innovative talents.Under the background of"double high"construction,the construction of entrepreneurial mentor teams in vocational colleges can help to integrate high-quality educational resources from all parties,and help students clarify their career plans,so as to promote the reform pace of vocational education.This article analyzes the content and importance of the construction of entrepreneurial mentor teams in vocational colleges under the background of“double high”construction,and proposes corresponding construction paths for the current situation and existing problems in the construction of entrepreneurial mentor teams in vocational colleges,so as to build a high-level team of entrepreneurial mentors.
