产教融合平台建设机制与路径研究

摘　　要：深化产教融合改革是推进人力人才资源供给侧结构性改革的战略性任务。然而人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧在结构、质量和水平上存在严重脱节与不适配的现象。以产教融合在现实中存在的问题为导向,以中国石油大学(北京)为例,就产教融合平台的具体推进路径来进行探讨。讨论在产教融合平台的实际建设过程中高校如何培养出企业需要的人才、如何实现高校和企业的深度有机融合、如何实现产教融合的长效化与可持续发展等问题。Deepening the reform of industry-education integration is a strategic task to promote the structural reform of the supply side of human resources.However,there is a serious disconnection and mismatch between the supply side of talent training and the demand side of the industry in terms of structures,quality and levels.Guided by the problems existing in industry-education integration in reality,this paper takes China University of Petroleum(Beijing)as an example to discuss the specific promotion path of the platform of industry-education integration.This paper discusses how colleges and universities can cultivate the talents needed by enterprises,realize the deep and organic integration of universities and enterprises,and realize the long-term and sustainable development of industry-education integration in the actual construction process of the platform of industry-education integration.
