摘  要:以浙江省宁波市舟山港跨海大桥北通航孔桥工程为项目背景,采用Midas civil软件建立桥梁有限元模型,选取结构几何形态参数、截面特征参数、时间特性参数、荷载参数和材料特性参数作为施工控制参数,并考虑桥梁施工工艺进行施工控制参数敏感性分析。分析结果表明,采用支座顶升施工工艺的钢混组合梁连续刚构桥,在成桥阶段结构线形和结构应力易受预应力钢束初始控制预应力和混凝土重度这两类施工控制影响因素的影响;在施工过程中采用支座顶升施工工艺调整桥梁结构线形,会导致初始控制预应力参数和年平均相对湿度参数敏感性分析结果在支座顶升位置处发生突变。研究结果可为钢混组合梁连续刚构桥的施工控制提供参考依据。Taking the north navigable span bridge project of Zhoushan Port Sea-Crossing Bridge in Ningbo City,Zhejiang Province as an example,the finite element model of the bridge is established by Midas civil software.The geometric shape parameters,cross-section characteristic parameters,time characteristic parameters,load parameters and material characteristic parameters are selected as construction control parameters.And the sensitivity analysis of construction control parameters is carried out based on the bridge construction technology.The analysis results show that the complete bridge stage and the structural stress are easily affected by the two types of construction control factors of the initial control prestress of the prestressed steel beam and the concrete weight;During the construction process,the bearing jacking construction technology is used to adjust the bridge structure alignment,which will cause the sudden change of the sensitivity analysis results of the initial control prestress parameters and the annual average relative humidity parameters at the bearing jacking position.The research results can provide reference for the construction control of steel-concrete composite beam continuous rigid frame bridge.
