摘  要:在国家“碳达峰+碳中和”政策、蒸汽价格由160元/吨上涨到290元/吨等多重因素驱动下,企业加强蒸汽消耗管理,降低蒸汽能耗成本被列为全年的头等大事。本文结合实际用汽现状,针对镍电解车间生产过程中蒸汽管理存在的问题“症结”及改善空间,提出了相应的管理思路和节约蒸汽的管控途径,赋能企业节能降碳,对提升企业能源及碳管控水平具有实际借鉴和指导意义。Driven by such multiple factors as the national"carbon peak+carbon neutrality"policy and the increase of steam price from 160 RMB/ton to 290 RMB/ton,enterprises have to list strengthening the management of steam consumption and reducing steam energy consumption cost as the annual top priority.Focusing on the"crux"of steam management problems and improvement space in nickel electrolysis plant's production process,this article combines the actual situation of steam consumption,and proposes related management ideas and control methods of steam saving,so as to enable enterprises to save energy and reduce carbon,which has practical reference and guiding significance for improving the energy and carbon control level of enterprises.
