支撑喉镜下声带息肉切除术治疗声带息肉的临床意义及有效率

摘　　要：目的评价支撑喉镜下声带息肉切除术治疗声带息肉的临床有效率。方法病例搜集时间范围是2021年1月到2023年1月,从我院收治的声带息肉患者中抽选出80例展开调查,按照随机双盲法分组,对照组行纤维喉镜下切除治疗,观察组行支撑喉镜下切除术,对比两组手术有效率、术后并发症、声带功能恢复情况以及嗓音声参数指标。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者的手术总有效率显著更高,其术后并发症发生率明显偏低,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的声带边缘整齐度、色泽、闭合和发声主观评分均显著比对照组高,统计结果P<0.05;治疗前两组嗓音声学参数值对比无意义,治疗后观察组患者的基频微扰、标准化嗓声能量和振幅微扰水平均比对照组低,组间差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论针对声带息肉的治疗选择支撑喉镜下息肉切除术的效果好,术后恢复快,并发症少,还能良好恢复其声带和嗓音功能,值得临床采纳。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laryngoscopic vocal cord polypectomy in the treatment of vocal cord polyps.Methods The time range of case collection was from January 2021 to January 2023,80 cases of vocal cord polyp patients admitted to our hospital were selected for investigation,and the control group was subjected to fiberoptic laryngoscopic resection treatment and the observation group was subjected to support laryngoscopic resection according to randomized double-blind method,and the surgical response rate,postoperative complications,vocal cord function recovery and voice parameters of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the overall surgical response rate of the observation group was significantly higher,and the postoperative complication rate was significantly lower(P<0.05).The subjective scores of vocal cord edge neatness,color,closure and vocalization in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the statistical results were P<0.05;the comparison of voice acoustic parameters between the two groups before treatment was meaningless,and the fundamental frequency perturbation,standardized voice energy and amplitude perturbation levels of patients in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were meaningful(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment choice for vocal cord polyps supports laryngoscopic polypectomy,with fast postoperative recovery,few complications,and good recovery of vocal cord and voice function,which is worthy of clinical adoption.
