CO_(2)激光手术治疗复杂型声带息肉的疗效及对患者嗓音功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析CO_②激光手术治疗复杂型声带息肉的临床疗效及对患者嗓音功能的影响。方法对2019年8月~2020年8月间诊治的复杂型声带息肉患者104例展开分组研究,将行支撑喉镜下切除术治疗的52例患者列入对照组,将行支撑喉镜下CO_②激光手术治疗的52例患者列入观察组,对比两组治疗效果、术后2周喉镜检查结果、嗓音声学指标变化情况等。结果观察组治疗观察组治疗总有效率为94.2%,更优于对照组的76.9%,且治疗治疗2周观察组声门闭合程度、黏膜波波动幅度均低于对照组((P<0.05));治疗后2周观察组基频微扰、振幅微扰低于对照组,噪声能量、和谐噪比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CO_②激光手术治疗复杂型声带息肉的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者声音嘶哑等症状,促进嗓音功能的恢复,且创伤小,康复快等优势,临床应用价值高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of CO_(2)laser surgery in the treatment of complex vocal cord polyps and its effect on the voice function of patients.Methods A group study of 104 patients with complex vocal cord polyps diagnosed and treated between August 2019 and August 2020 was carried out.52 patients who underwent resection under support laryngoscope were included in the control group and underwent support laryngoscope.Fifty-two patients treated with CO_(2)laser surgery were included in the observation group,and the treatment effects,laryngoscopy results,and changes in voice acoustic indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.2%,which was better than 76.9%in the control group.The degree of glottis closure and the amplitude of mucosal wave fluctuation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).2 weeks after treatment,the fundamental frequency perturbation and amplitude perturbation of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the noise energy and harmonic-to-noise ratio were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CO_(2)laser surgery has significant clinical effects in the treatment of complex vocal cord polyps.It can effectively improve patients’hoarseness and other symptoms,promote the recovery of voice function,and has the advantages of less trauma and faster recovery.It has high clinical application value.
