摘　　要：目的报道一例鼻腔NK/T非霍奇金淋巴瘤伴下颌骨坏死的病例。方法对鼻腔NK/T非霍奇金淋巴瘤伴下颌骨坏死的一例患者进行原因分析以及文献复习。结果未发现鼻腔NK/T非霍奇金淋巴瘤与下颌骨坏死相关的证据,属于同时单独发病。结论对于鼻腔NK/T非霍奇金淋巴瘤与下颌骨坏死的病例,应该进行全面的检查及缜密的分析,探索其具体原因。Objective To report a case of nasal NK t non-Hodgkin lymphoma with Mandibular osteonecrosis.Methods a case of nasal NK t non-Hodgkin lymphoma with Mandibular osteonecrosis was analyzed and the literature was reviewed.Results there was no evidence of nasal NK t non-Hodgkin lymphoma associated with Mandibular osteonecrosis.Conclusion the nasal NK t non-Hodgkin lymphoma and Mandibular osteonecrosis should be examined completely and the causes should be explored.
