摘　　要：葡萄膜黑色素瘤(uveal melanoma,UM)和视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma,RB)是眼内常见的恶性肿瘤,其恶性程度高,易发生远处转移,严重影响患者的生活质量和视功能。非编码RNA(non-coding RNAs,ncRNAs)是一类不编码蛋白质的RNA。ncRNAs在表观遗传、转录等层面调控细胞的增殖、分化、迁移和凋亡,并且在UM和RB进程中发挥促进或抑制的作用,有些ncRNAs还与肿瘤的大小、分期和患者的生存预后相关。文章就ncRNAs在UM和RB的生物学调控作用进行综述,以期为UM和RB的基础研究和临床诊断治疗提供新视角.Uveal melanoma(UM)and retinoblastoma(RB)are common intraocular malignant tumors,which are highly malignant and prone to distant metastasis,seriously affecting the quality of life and visual function of patients.Non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)are a class of RNAs without encoding proteins.ncRNAs regulate cell proliferation,differentiation,migration and apoptosis through epigenetic and transcriptional levels.Additionally,ncRNAs play a role in promoting or inhibiting the development of UM and RB.Some ncRNAs are also associated with tumor size,stage and survival prognosis of patients.This review summarizes the biological regulation of ncRNAs in UM and RB in order to provide a new perspective for the basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of UM and RB.
