摘 要:近年人工智能技术在各个领域不断发展,借助大模型等人工智能技术拓展,医学人工智能在诸多方面取得了长足进步。将人工智能的潜力应用于眼科学领域,有助于提高眼病筛查和诊断的准确率,但是人工智能及其大模型在眼科的应用仍存在诸多局限和不足。本文结合近来医学人工智能领域变革性成果,在进一步论述我国眼科人工智能应用面临挑战的基础上,前瞻性指出基于眼科角度对大模型时代的思考,并对人工智能在眼科应用的趋势进行展望,以期促进人工智能技术不断进步,对推动眼健康产生重要影响。In recent years,artificial intelligence(AI)technologies have experienced substantial growth across various sectors,with significant strides made particularly in medical AI through advancements such as large models.The application of AI within the field of ophthalmology can enhance the accuracy of eye disease screening and diagnosis.However,the deployment of AI and its large models in ophthalmology still encounters numerous limitations and challenges.This article builds upon the transformative achievements in the medical AI sector and discusses the ongoing challenges faced by AI applications in ophthalmology.It provides forward-looking insights from an ophthalmic perspective regarding the era of large models and anticipates research trends in AI applications in ophthalmology,so as to foster the continuous advancement of AI technologies,thereby significantly promoting eye health.
