摘 要:基于愿景沟通理论,本研究探讨了愿景型领导对下属愿景支持行为的影响,在三个时间点收集了164份领导-下属一对一配对数据,使用路径分析与Bootstrapping方法分析数据。结果发现,愿景型领导正向影响下属自评的愿景支持行为,愿景型领导通过积极情绪与愿景承诺的链式中介作用正向影响下属自评的愿景支持行为,愿景型领导通过积极情绪与愿景承诺的链式中介作用正向影响领导评价的下属愿景支持行为。研究结论丰富了愿景型领导的研究成果,为组织通过愿景型领导激励员工提供了实践启示。Drawing on vision communication theory,this study delves into the impact of visionary leadership on subordinates'vision support behavior.A total of 164 leader-subordinate dyads were surveyed at three distinct time points.Employing path analysis and the bootstrapping method,we meticulously analyzed the gathered data.We found that visionary leadership positively related to subordinates'self-rated vision support behavior.Visionary leadership positively related to the subordinates'self-rated vision support behavior through the serial mediation of vision triggered positive affect and affective commitment to vision,and visionary leadership positively related to the subordinates'vision support behavior rated by leaders through the serial mediation of vision triggered positive affect and affective commitment to vision.In sum,our conclusions contribute to the existing body of knowledge on visionary leadership,offering valuable insights for organizations seeking to inspire and motivate their employees throughvisionaryleadership strategies.
