摘 要:目的:探讨髓源性抑制细胞(myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSCs)相关抗原在垂体瘤中的表达。方法:选取2012—2022年在汕头大学医学院第二附属医院就诊的垂体瘤患者26例(垂体瘤组),其中侵袭性垂体瘤16例,非侵袭性垂体瘤10例。另外收集同期10例需行内减压术的颅脑外伤或脑出血患者为对照组。垂体瘤组男性19例,女性7例,平均年龄(52±18)岁。对照组男性7例,女性3例,平均年龄(51±19)岁。采用免疫荧光染色的方法,分别检测垂体瘤患者肿瘤组织和对照组患者脑组织中MDSCs相关抗原CD11b、CD15和IL-4Rα的表达情况。结果:垂体瘤中CD11b^(+)、CD15^(+)、CD11b^(+)CD15^(+)髓源性粒细胞的荧光强度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。在侵袭性垂体瘤组织中CD11b^(+)、CD15^(+)、CD11b^(+)CD15^(+)髓源性粒细胞的荧光强度均高于非侵袭性组(均P<0.05)。IL-4Rα在垂体瘤和脑组织中均未见表达。结论:MDSCs相关抗原CD11b、CD15及CD11b^(+)CD15^(+)髓源性粒细胞在垂体瘤(特别是侵袭性垂体瘤)中的表达水平升高。Objective:To investigate the expression of myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)-associated antigens in pituitary tumor.Methods:Twenty-six patients with pituitary tumors(pituitary tumor group),including 16 cases of invasive pituitary tumors and 10 cases of non-invasive pituitary tumors,who attended the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College from 2012 to 2022 were selected.In addition,10 patients with craniocerebral trauma or cerebral hemorrhage requiring internal decompression surgery were collected as the control group during the same period.There were 19 males and 7 females in the pituitary tumor group,with a mean age of(52±18)years.In the control group,there were 7 males and 3 females with a mean age of(51±19)years.The expression of MDSCs-related antigens CD11b,CD15 and IL-4Rα in the tumor tissues of patients with pituitary tumors and the brain tissues of patients in the control group were detected by immunofluorescence staining,respectively.Results:The fluorescence intensity of CD11b^(+),CD15^(+),CD11b^(+)CD15^(+)myeloid-derived granulocytes in pituitary tumors was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The fluorescence intensity of CD11b^(+),CD15^(+),CD11b^(+)CD15^(+)myeloid-derived granulocytes in invasive pituitary tumor tissues was higher than that of the non-invasive group(all P<0.05).IL-4Rα was not expressed in pituitary tumors and brain tissues.Conclusion:MDSCs-associated antigens CD11b,CD15 and CD11b^(+)CD15^(+)myeloid-derived granulocytes are expressed at elevated levels in pituitary tumors,especially invasive pituitary tumors.
