摘　　要：通过对国产高速泵润滑油系统、密封油系统、机械密封结构以及齿轮箱型式的研究,逐步落实改进方案与措施,极大地降低了高速泵运行的故障率,从而提高了装置运行的稳定性和安全性。Failure frequently occur in domestic high-speed pumps.Based on research of lubricating oil system,sealing oil system,mechanical seal structure and gear box type,the improvement scheme and measures are gradually implemented,which greatly reduces the failure rate of high-speed pump operation,thus improving the stability and safety of the device operation.
