摘 要:通过调查应用型本科院校大学生的校外实践教学现状,了解校外实践教学基地建设对教学模式和评价机制的影响,检验校外实践教学基地的人才培养质量。结果显示:校外实践教学基地建设及教学管理、教学效果对教学模式有正面预测作用;师资队伍建设、实践教学和教学效果对评价机制有正面预测作用。说明校外实践教学基地建设对教学模式和评价机制具有积极推动作用。建议应用型本科院校要加强校外实践教学基地建设,丰富与创新教学模式;强化校外实践教学基地的教学管理工作,不断健全评价机制。Through investigating the current situation of off-campus practice teaching of applied undergraduate college students,the study analyzes the influence of the construction of off-campus practice teaching base on teaching mode and evaluation mechanism,and tests the quality of off-campus practice teaching base talent training.The results show that the construction of off-campus practice teaching base,teaching management and teaching effect have positive predictive effect on teaching mode.The construction of teaching staff,practical teaching and teaching effect have positive predictive effect on the evaluation mechanism.This indicates that the construction of off-campus practice teaching base plays an active role in promoting the teaching mode and evaluation mechanism.It is suggested that application-oriented undergraduate colleges should strengthen the construction of off-campus practice teaching base,enrich and innovate teaching mode;strengthen the teaching management of off-campus practice teaching base,and constantly improve the evaluation mechanism.
