摘 要:高管认知是企业价值活动、企业战略部署、企业团队行动背后所隐含的驱动因素,同时也是企业商业模式创新的重要驱动因素之一。然而高管认知如何影响商业模式创新的机制仍不清晰。本文以366家企业数据为样本,基于高阶理论和社会认知理论,对高管认知影响商业模式创新的作用机制进行了理论分析,探讨了冗余资源的调节作用。研究发现,高管认知的三个维度可以直接影响不同类型的商业模式创新。基于此,建议企业要做好高管战略共识培养工作,重视高管的交互记忆实践,并协助高管建构与时俱进的反思调节认知能力。Executive cognition is the driving factor behind enterprise value activities,enterprise strategic deployment,and enterprise team action,and it is also one of the important driving factors of enterprise business model innovation.However,the mechanism of how executive cognition affects business model innovation remains unclear.Using the data of 366 enterprises as samples,based on high-order theory and social cognition theory,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the mechanism of executive cognition affecting business model innovation,and discusses the moderating effect of redundant resources.It is found that the three dimensions of executive cognition can directly influence different types of business model innovation.Based on this,it is suggested that enterprises should do well in cultivating strategic consensus among executives,attach importance to their interactive memory practice,and assist them in constructing reflective and cognitive abilities that keep up with the times.
