摘  要:为解决频繁非计划停工问题,利用故障树分析法,对某氯乙烯装置氧氯化单元的危险性因素进行分析,构建氧氯化单元系统异常故障树,确定了催化剂跑损、旋风分离器故障堵塞等为氧氯化单元失效的主要因素,采取针对性措施后效果良好。In order to solve the problem of frequent unplanned shutdown,fault tree analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of oxychlorination unit in a vinyl chloride plant,and the abnormal fault tree of oxychlorination unit system was constructed.The main failure factors of oxychlorination unit were determined,such as catalyst run loss and cyclone separator fault blockage,showing good results after measures were taken and applied.
