摘 要:近年来,引滦入津工程为新时期水环境提出的新要求提供了重要优质水源保障,对稳定和提升水生态质量提供了支撑。通过阐述引滦入津工程对天津市重要河湖湿地生态补水调度实践,介绍引滦生态补水主要经验与做法,分析工程在新时期华北地区河湖生态环境复苏方面发挥的生态效益,结合天津市河湖生态环境复苏行动方案,提出解决河湖生态环境薄弱环节的调度举措和推进河湖生态环境改善的建议。An important high-quality water source guarantee for the new requirements of the water environment has been provided by the Luan-Jin project to provide support for stabilizing and improving the water ecological quality in the new era.The main experience and practice for ecological water supplement of Luanhe River diversion project are introduced through the practice of ecological water replenishment scheduling in Tianjin.Based on the analysis of the ecological benefits of the project in the recovery of the ecological environment of rivers and lakes in the North China Plain in the new period,combined with the action plan for ecological environment recovery in Tianjin,the dispatch measures to solve the weak link of the ecological environment recovery and suggestions to promote the improvement of the ecological environment of rivers and lakes were put forward.
