摘　　要：目的:探讨冰冻病理切片技术在评估乳腺癌保乳手术中切缘状态的应用价值。方法:选取2020年4月-2023年10月于贵州医科大学附属肿瘤医院行乳腺癌保乳手术患者100例作为研究对象,术中使用冰冻病理切片、石蜡切片评估切缘状态。以石蜡切片病理结果作为“金标准”,评估冰冻病理切片检查效能。结果:100例患者石蜡切片病理结果显示,切缘呈阳性状态24例。冰冻病理切片检查准确率为95.00%(95/100),灵敏度为87.5%(21/24),特异度为97.37%(74/76),阳性预测值为91.30%(21/23),阴性预测值为96.10%(74/77)。结论:冰冻病理切片技术在评估保乳手术中切缘状态的应用价值较好,能准确评估切缘状态,便于医生了解患者病情,制定适合的后续治疗方案。Objective:To investigate the application value of frozen pathological section technique in evaluating the status of incisal margin in breast-conserving surgery.Methods:A total of one hundred patients who underwent breast conserving surgery in Guizhou Medical University Affiliated Cancer Hospital from April 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.During operation,frozen pathological section and paraffin section were used to evaluate the status of incisal margin.The pathological results of paraffin sections were used as the"gold standard"to evaluate the efficacy of frozen pathological sections.Results:The pathological results of paraffin sections of 100 patients showed that the incisal margin was positive in 24 cases;the accuracy of frozen pathological section was 95.00%(95/100),the sensitivity was 87.5%(21/24),the specificity was 97.37%(74/76),the positive predictive value was 91.30%(21/23)and the negative predictive value was 96.10%(74/77).Conclusion:Frozen pathological section technique has good application value in evaluating the incisal edge status during breast-conserving surgery,which can accurately evaluate the incisal edge status,facilitate doctors to understand the patient's condition and make appropriate follow-up treatment plan.
