摘　　要：目的:分析甲状腺过氧化物酶(TPO)、神经细胞黏附分子56(CD56)和β-半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)辅助诊断甲状腺乳头状癌的价值。方法:选取2018年3月—2020年12月于克拉玛依市中心医院接受手术切除的PTC患者104例作为研究对象,分析患者PTC癌变组织及距离癌灶>2 cm的癌旁组织TPO、CD56、Galectin-3表达情况,评估TPO、CD56、Galectin-3单项及联合检测辅助诊断PTC的效能。结果:TPO、CD56、Galectin-3单项及联合诊断PTC的特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三项联合诊断PTC的准确度高于TPO、CD56,Galectin-3及TPO均高于CD56,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Galectin-3、三项联合诊断PTC的灵敏度高于TPO、CD56,TPO高于CD56,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TPO、CD56、Galectin-3三项联合检测可用于辅助诊断PTC。Objective:To analyze the value of thyroid peroxidase(TPO),neural cell adhesion molecule 56(CD56),andβ-galectin-3(Galectin-3)in auxiliary diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Methods:A total of 104 patients with PTC who received surgical resection in Karamay Central Hospital of Xinjiang from March 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The expressions of TPO,CD56 and Galectin-3 in PTC cancerous tissues and paracancerous tissues>2 cm away from the cancer focus were analyzed.The efficacy of single and combined detection of TPO,CD56 and Galectin-3 in auxiliary diagnosis of PTC was evaluated.Results:There was no significant difference in the specificity of single and combined detection of TPO,CD56 and Galectin-3 in the diagnosis of PTC(P>0.05).The accuracy of the combined detection in the diagnosis of PTC was higher than that of TPO and CD56,and the accuracy of Galectin-3 and TPO was higher than that of CD56,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of Galectin-3 and the combined detection in the diagnosis of PTC was higher than that of TPO and CD56,and the sensitivity of TPO was higher than that of CD56,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of TPO,CD56 and Galectin-3 can be used in auxiliary diagnosis of PTC.
