摘  要:研究生教育肩负着为国家培养高层次学术与应用型人才的崇高使命,学术型与专业型硕、博士的培养同等重要。在研究生分类培养的使命下,新媒体与交互方向的硕士层次人才培养需结合专业特点,构建立体的、复合的培养模式。本文通过分析新媒体与交互方向的研究生培养模式的现状及存在的问题,论述研究生分类培养下的人才培养模式改革,从培养理念、培养过程、数字化教育转型、导师队伍建设等几方面,探索专业人才分类培养的策略,以期跟随新时代我国新质生产力的加快发展要求,构建相应的培养路径。Graduate education shoulders the lofty mission of cultivating high-level academic and applied talents for the country,and the training of educational and professional masters and doctors is equally important.Under the mission of classified training of graduate students,the master-level talents in new media and interaction should be combined with professional characteristics to build a suitable training mode.In this paper,the current situation and existing problems of the training mode of academic and professional graduate students were analyzed in the direction of new media and interaction.The reform of talent training mode was discussed under the classified training of graduate students,and the strategy of classified training of professional talents was explored from the aspects of the training concept,training process,digital education transformation,and tutor team construction.In order to follow the rapid development of new quality productive forces in the new era,our country needs to construct corresponding training paths.
