摘 要:为了量化和全面表征喷墨印品图像的清晰度,本研究对ISO/TS 15311-1:2020和ISO/IEC TS 29112:2018标准中印品空间频率响应(SFR)的刃边测量法进行了分析。分别提取了表征印品图像锐度和分辨率的两个特征空间频率指标,设置了分别表征印品图像客观和主观空间细节分辨能力的两个质量因子指标,实现了对印品图像清晰度的全面表征。相关性分析表明,刃边模糊度对图像清晰度的影响更大。实验结果表明,所提取的指标能够正确表征纸张印品图像的清晰度质量优劣,可为相关行业的材料开发、工艺优化等过程提供参考。In order to quantify and comprehensively characterize the sharpness qualities of inkjet print images,the slanted-edge measurement methods of the spatial frequency response(SFR)of prints in the ISO/TS 15311-1:2020 and ISO/IEC TS 29112:2018 standards was analyzed in this study.Two spatial frequency indexes that characterized the sharpness and resolution of print images,were extracted,and two quality factor indexes were set to distinguish the objective and subjective spatial details of printed images,which realized a comprehensive characterization of the clarity of the printed images.Correlation analysis showed that fuzziness has a greater impact on image sharpness.The experimental results showed that the extracted indexes can correctly characterize the quality of paper printed images.This study can provide reference for the process of materials development and process optimization in related industries.
