摘 要:张力稳定是涂布工艺的一个基础条件,如何提高放卷系统的张力控制精度是精密涂布机张力控制面临的难点问题。本研究针对精密涂布机放卷系统张力稳定性控制需求,提出了一种基于滑模变结构控制策略的放卷系统张力控制方法。首先,根据精密涂布机放卷系统的工作原理,建立了放卷系统的参数时变、非线性动力学模型,分析了张力波动的主要原因;然后,在放卷系统张力模型的基础上,设计了一个放卷张力系统滑模变结构控制器,并利用李雅普诺夫(Lyapunov)定理进行了系统稳定性分析;最后,通过仿真试验对所设计的滑模变结构控制器进行了性能验证。仿真结果表明,相比于传统PID控制,本研究所设计的滑模变结构控制器对放卷张力系统具有更好的控制鲁棒性。Tension stability is a basic condition of the coating process.How to improve the tension control accuracy of unwinding system is a difficult problem in tension control of precision coater.A tension control method of an unwinding system based on sliding mode variable structure control strategy was proposed for the requirements of tension stability control.First of all,according to the working principle of the unwinding system of the precision coater,the time-varying and nonlinear dynamic model of the unwinding system was established,and the main reasons for tension fluctuation was analyzed.Furthermore,based on the tension model of the unwinding system,a sliding mode variable structure controller for the unwinding tension system was designed,and subsequently the stability of the system was analyzed by using Lyapunov theorem.Eventually,the performance of the designed sliding mode variable structure controller was verified by simulation experiments.The simulation results demonstrated that compared with the traditional PID control,the designed sliding mode variable structure controller has better controlled robustness.
