摘  要:医学微生物学是医学院校重要的专业基础课,其教学内容繁杂孤立抽象,教师授课过程中面临学生普遍学习动力不足,教学效果欠佳的困境。为提高授课质量,使学生扎实地掌握本学科专业知识,培养临床思维能力,作为传统教学模式的补充,锦州医科大学基础医学院病原生物学教研室以临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,通过演绎式、启发研讨式和小组讨论式3种模式实施了案例教学法,并从学生的课堂表现、课后反馈和调查问卷3个方面对教学效果进行了评估,实践证明该教学模式能提高学生参与度和活跃度,增强自主学习能力,加深学生对教学内容的理解和记忆,学生的分析解决临床问题、团队协作能力和沟通表达能力得到了锻炼。案例教学法应用于临床医学专业医学微生物学教学能提高教学满意度及授课质量,拉近基础与临床实践的距离。Medical microbiology is an important basic professional course in medical colleges.The teaching contents are complex,isolated and abstract,and teachers are facing the dilemma of students'general lack of learning motivation and poor teaching effectiveness during the teaching process.In order to improve the teaching quality,enable students to grasp the professional knowledge of the subject and cultivate the ability of clinical thinking,as a supplement to the traditional teaching mode,the department of pathogen biology of basic medical college of Jinzhou Medical University has implemented case-based learning for clinical medical undergraduates through three modes:deductive,enlightening and group discussion.And the teaching effectiveness was evaluated from three aspects:students'classroom performance,post-class feedback,and survey questionnaires.The practice proves that these teaching modes can improve students'participation and motivation,enhance the ability of autonomous learning,deepen the understanding and memory of the teaching contents.Students'analytical and problem-solving skills,teamwork skills,and communication and expression abilities have been exercised.The application of case-based learning in medical microbiology teaching among clinical major students can improve teaching satisfaction and quality,and bridge the gap between basic and clinical medicine practice.
