摘　　要：医学教育是医疗卫生事业发展的最关键基础,紧紧抓住全面实施健康中国战略以及全面加强“医教协同”的重大机遇,加快实施新一轮医学教育改革。文章对贵州某医学院校全科医学定向生人才培养教育教学研究与改革作简要的分析,探讨全科医学生人才培养模式。培养全科医学定向生临床思维和实践能力,传播全科医学理念,宣传分级诊疗政策,以居民健康管理为载体,培养适应贵州省农村医疗卫生事业发展需要,以临床医学知识和能力为基础,具备初步临床能力、全科医疗基本能力、终身学习能力和良好职业素质能并在基层医疗机构、上级医师指导下从事医疗工作的德智体美全面发展的“宽口径、厚基础、重人文、强临床、懂公卫、识中医”高素质全科医学应用型人才,为实现人人享有基本医疗卫生服务的目标作出较大贡献。Medical education is an important cornerstone of the development of medical and health undertakings.Everyone must firmly seize the major opportunities of fully implementing the Healthy China strategy and comprehensively strengthening the"medical education coordination"to accelerate the implementation of a new round of medical education reform.This article briefly analyzes the research and reform of the education and reform of the education and training of general practitioners in rural order in a medical college in Guizhou,and discusses the training model of general practitioners.The goal is to cultivate general medicine-oriented students'clinical thinking and practical abilities,disseminate the concept of general medicine,and promote the policy of tiered diagnosis and treatment.Utilizing resident health management as a platform,the aim is to cultivate high-quality general medicine applied talents who are suited to the development needs of rural medical and health services in Guizhou Province.These talents should be grounded in clinical medical knowledge and abilities,possess basic clinical skills,fundamental general medical abilities,lifelong learning capabilities,and excellent professional qualities.They should also be able to work in grass-roots medical institutions under the guidance of superior doctors,embodying the principle of"broad scope,solid foundation,emphasis on humanities,strong clinical skills,knowledge of public health,and understanding of traditional Chinese medicine."They will make significant contributions to achieving the goal of ensuring that everyone enjoys basic medical and health services.
