摘  要:目的分析以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在心内科见习生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2023年5月宿迁市第一人民医院心血管内科接收的180名见习生,依据见习生报道时间顺序分为对照组与观察组,各90名。对照组见习生实施常规床边讲授带教模式,观察组实施基于PBL联合CBL教学法,比较两组见习生的学习成绩。结果学习后,观察组的理论成绩、操作成绩、病例分析、整体能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组见习生的带教内容[(19.36±4.26)分]、带教方式[(19.65±3.29)分]、沟通交流[(18.75±5.26)分]、教学技术[(18.96±4.67)分]、教学过程[(18.86±5.14)分]评分高于对照组[(17.43±5.14)分、(17.05±3.77)分、(15.76±5.14)分、(16.98±4.26)分、(17.05±4.26)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组见习生的教学总满意度为94.44%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心内科见习生带教中实施基于PBL联合CBL教学法可显著提升见习生的学习成绩,提高见习生对于学习模式的评价及对教学活动的满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of the problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in internship teaching of department of cardiology.Methods A total of 180 interns admitted to department of cardiovascular medicine of Suqian First Hospital from January 2020 to May 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group based on the chronological order of their reports,with 90 students in each group.The control group of interns implemented a conventional bedside teaching mode,while the observation group implemented a teaching mode based on PBL combined with CBL.The academic performance of the two groups of interns was compared.Results After learning,the theoretical score,operational score,case analysis score,and overall ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teaching content[(19.36±4.26)points],teaching method[(19.65±3.29)points],communication[(18.75±5.26)points],teaching technique[(18.96±4.67)points]and teaching process[(18.86±5.14)points]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(17.43±5.14)points,(17.05±3.77)points,(15.76±5.14)points,(16.98±4.26)points,(17.05±4.26)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree with teaching of interns of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the teaching of cardiology interns can significantly improve their academic performance,enhance their evaluation of the learning mode,and enhance their satisfaction with teaching activities.
