摘 要:继续医学教育学分管理作为医院继续医学教育管理工作中的重要组成部分,其根本目的是督促卫生技术人员参加继续教育活动,不断提高自身的诊疗水平。同时,其管理结果也是考核医院继续教育工作情况的一个重要指标,反映着医院的管理水平。文章针对某三甲医院继续医学教育学分管理中存在的问题进行分析,并基于“一动力三循环”医疗质量管理模式,探索构建“3T”学分管理模式,即通过“横向团队协作(team cooperation)”“纵向时间管理(time management)”和“交叉点任务导向(task arrangement)”,取得了明显的管理成效。该模式实施3年后,医院继教对象学分认识知晓率由68.04%(66/97)提高至94.84%(92/97);医院学分档案实现电子化精细管理;单位继教学分达标率上升明显且年年保持在95%以上。该创新学分管理模式为现阶段医院继续医学教育学分管理工作提供了参考。Credit management of continuing medical education is an important part of continuing medical education management in hospitals,and its fundamental purpose is to urge health technicians to participate in continuing education activities and constantly improve their diagnosis and treatment level.At the same time,its management results are also important indicators to assess the continuing education work of the hospital,reflecting the management level of the hospital.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the credit management of continuing medical education in a grade A hospital,and explores the construction of a"3T"credit management model based on the"one driver and three cycles"medical quality management model.That is,through"horizontal team cooperation""vertical time management"and"cross-point task orientation",obvious management results have been achieved.Three years after the model was implemented,the awareness rate of credits increased from 68.04%(66/97)to 94.84%(92/97).The hospital's credit records have achieved precise electronic management;the compliance rate of continuing education credits in the unit has significantly increased and has remained above 95%every year.This innovative credit management model provides a reference for the credit management of continuing medical education in hospitals at this stage.
