摘  要:分析阀控式铅酸(VRLA)电池充电时遵循的马斯定律,提出在充电过程中加入负脉冲放电去极化,减少过电势,既能提高电池初始充电可接受电流,又能提高充电可接受率的脉冲快速充电方法。制作用于12 V/20 Ah以下VRLA电池的脉冲快速充电电路,通过多次充电实验,确定具体的充电阶段和优化的充电参数。VRLA电池脉冲快速充电电路通过第一阶段较大电流恒流充电,在较短的时间内尽量充入较多的电量,第二阶段优化充电参数的脉冲循环快速充电,可减小电池的浓差极化,充电效率大为提高,从而达到快速、无损充电的目的。Mas laws followed during value-regulated lead-acid(VRLA)battery charging are analyzed.A fast charging method is proposed with adding negative pulse discharge depolarization in the charging process to reduce the over potential,which not only improves the initial charging acceptable current of the battery,but also improves the acceptable rate of charging.The pulse fast charging circuit for VRLA batteries below 12 V/20 Ah is fabricated,and the specific charging stage and optimized charging parameters are determined through multiple charging experiments.VRLA battery pulse fast charging circuit through the first stage of larger constant current charging in a short time as far as possible into more power,the second stage of optimizing charging parameters of pulse cycle fast charging can reduce the battery concentration polarization,charging efficiency is greatly improved,thus achieving the purpose of fast,lossless charging.
