摘　　要：新能源电池专业担负着培养新能源战略性人才的重任,提升专业的国际化水平是必然的趋势。就新能源电池专业国际化人才培养现状、必要性和重要性、培养路径等方面进行研究,指出要以“新工科”理念为导向,拓展学生的职业能力,打造国际化师资队伍,提升教育教学能力,以跨境企业为纽带,深化校企国际化合作等一系列的培养路径,有助于促进新能源电池专业教育的转型。The new energy battery major undertakes the important task of cultivating new energy strategic talents,it is an inevitable trend to enhance the internationalization level of the major.The situation,necessity and importance,and cultivation paths of international talent cultivation for new energy battery majors are studied,it is pointed out that a series of cultivation paths should be guided by the concept of"new engineering"to expand students′vocational ability,build an international faculty team,improve education and teaching ability,take cross-border enterprises as a link,deepen international cooperation between schools and enterprises.It will help promote the transformation of new energy battery professional education.
