青少年“饭圈”欺凌形成的系统哲学逻辑与治理路径

摘　　要：“饭圈”欺凌作为网络欺凌的一种新样态,不仅有网络欺凌中的故意伤害、网络匿名、持续反复等特点,还具有有组织、有目的、集体性等特征。基于系统哲学基本规律视角发现青少年“饭圈”欺凌源于整体性割裂与个体自身的虚化、互动性欠缺与共享情感的缺失、动态性失衡与自我调节的匮乏、协同性不足与彼此差异的曲解、层次性弱化与内外因素的桎梏。基于此,青少年“饭圈”欺凌的治理路径应坚持以人为本,提高个体责任意识;融入社会支持,修复断裂纽带关系;加强自我调节,培养反思思维能力;化解角色冲突,坚持问题导向原则;注重耦合联动,构建风险防控机制。Fan Circle bullying is a new form of online bullying.It is not only has the characteristics of intentional injury,online anonymity,and continuous repetition in online bullying,but also has the characteristics of organization,purposefulness,and collectivity.Based on the fundamental laws of systematic philosophy,it is found that adolescent fan circle bullying stems from the overall fragmentation and individual virtualization,lack of interactivity and shared emotions,dynamic imbalance and low self-regulation,lack of synergy and misinterpretation of mutual differences,hierarchical weakening,and constraints from internal and external factors.The relief strategy for adolescent fan circle bullying should adhere to people-oriented approach and enhance individual responsibility awareness;integrate into social support and repair broken ties;strengthen self-regulation and cultivate reflective thinking ability;resolve role conflicts and adhere to the principle of problem orientation;pay attention to coupling and linkage,and build a risk prevention and control mechanism.
