摘　　要：新时代高校网络思想政治教育话语权的提升进路包含话语地位提升、话语实效提升以及话语力度提升的立体三维框架。可通过马克思主义理论提升话语公信力,以人民为中心提升话语凝聚力,以现实语境为内核提升话语时代性明确高校网络思想政治教育话语权价值内涵,提升话语地位,并通过官方话语民间化、抽象话语故事化、社会话语通俗化优化高校网络思想政治教育话语表达方式方法,进而提升话语实效。此外,通过培养意见领袖、把握传播规律、加强话语引导以铸牢表达高地,提升高校网络思想政治教育话语力度,构成提升进路的闭环。The advancement path of the discourse power of ideological and political education in universities in the new era includes a three-dimensional framework of discourse status enhancement,discourse effectiveness enhancement,and discourse intensity enhancement.The Marxist ideology can be used to enhance the credibility of discourse,centering on the people to enhance the cohesion of discourse,and focusing on the reality to enhance the timeliness of discourse,in order to clarify the value connotation of the discourse power of ideological and political education in university networks,enhance the discourse status,and optimize the expression methods of discourse in ideological and political education through the official discourse popularization,abstract discourse storytelling,and social discourse popularization,and then improve the effectiveness of discourse.In addition,by cultivating opinion leaders,grasping the law of communication,strengthening discourse guidance to consolidate the expression high ground,enhancing the discourse power of ideological and political education in university networks,and forming a closed loop of advancement path.
