摘　　要：本文基于商业模式创新的理论视角,对“传统制造企业不同类型的知识协同行为如何驱动企业生态位演化”这一问题进行了嵌入式单案例研究。通过对青岛双星股份有限公司的案例分析,构建了“商业模式创新视角下知识协同驱动企业生态位演化的过程模型”。研究发现,在生态位第一次演化阶段,通过取长补短型知识转移促进效率型商业模式创新推动了企业生态位占据;在生态位第二次演化阶段,通过问题解决型知识共享促进新颖型商业模式创新推动了企业生态位扩展;在生态位第三次演化阶段,通过需求聚焦型知识创造促进锁定型商业模式创新推动了企业生态位深化。揭示了知识协同对企业生态位跃迁的作用机制,拓展了企业生态位演化的前因研究,为传统制造企业实现生态位跃迁提供了理论依据和实践启示。Based on the theoretical perspective of business model innovation,it positioned the exploration of the evolution of a niche in traditional manufacturing enterprises.Through a case analysis of Qingdao Doublestar,it constructed the process model of knowledge collaboration driving the evolution of the niche in traditional manufacturing enterprises.It finds that in the first stage of niche evolution,transferring knowledge by leveraging others' strengths to Offsetting one's own weaknesses promotes efficiency-focused business model innovation,leading to enterprise advancement.In the second stage of niche evolution,sharing problem-solving knowledge promotes business model innovation focused on novelty,which drives the generalization of enterprise niche..In the third stage of niche evolution,the creation of demand-focused knowledge leads to business model innovation focused on lock-in,promoting the specialization of enterprise niche.Furthermore,it reveals the mechanism of knowledge collaboration in the transition of enterprises' ecological niches.This expands the research on the factors influencing the ecological evolution of enterprises.It also provides a theoretical foundation and practical inspiration for traditional manufacturing enterprises to achieve niche evolution.
