摘 要:进修医师的继续医学教育是教学医院担负的重要任务之一。随着疝和腹壁外科的不断发展,我国越来越多的外科医师从事疝和腹壁外科专业工作。首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院疝和腹壁外科每年都会吸引很多医师前来进修学习,积累了丰富的教学经验。本文从培养医德医风、制定培训计划、加强技能训练、实施专业组轮换、利用科室平台优势以及建立考核制度等六个方面介绍了疝和腹壁外科进修医师专业化培训的教学及管理方法。Continuing medical education for resident physicians is one of the key responsibilities undertaken by teaching hospitals.With the ongoing development of hernia and abdominal wall surgery,an increasing number of surgeons in China are engaging in this specialty.The Hernia and Abdominal Wall Surgery Department of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital,affiliated with Capital Medical University,attracts numerous physicians each year for advanced studies,accumulating extensive teaching experience.Our study introduces the specialized training,teaching,and management methods for resident physicians in hernia and abdominal wall surgery from six aspects:cultivating medical ethics and professionalism,formulating training plans,enhancing skill training,implementing professional group rotations,leveraging departmental platform advantages,and establishing an assessment system.
