封隔器胶筒失效及优化设计研究综述

摘  要:研究了封隔器胶筒失效形式的相关文献,总结了封隔器胶筒的失效原因,并综述了封隔器胶筒优化设计的研究现状。封隔器胶筒肩部包络紫铜的新型胶筒与常规胶筒相比突出距离降低了63.35%;双胶筒改进为“主胶筒+双侧支撑”的新的组合结构,耐压差性能平均提高30 MPa;以丁腈橡胶、聚四氟乙烯为基体材料进行补强应用于封隔器胶筒中,优化后的封隔器胶筒在170℃以上的高温下能够保持良好的密封性能;给中心管外表面喷涂氧化锆陶瓷隔热涂层,胶筒在350℃下有良好的密封性能。封隔器胶筒中填充尼龙66帘线,在压裂泵压80 MPa、175℃环境下,胶筒基体不发生破坏。3种优化方式能够有效提高胶筒的耐温耐压性能,防止胶筒失效破坏。最后给出封隔器胶筒优化的研究方向,对今后封隔器密封元件的研究工作有一定的参考意义。The failure forms and causes of the packer rubber cartridge are summarized based on published literature,research status of the optimal design of the packer rubber cartridge is reviewed.Compared with conventional rubber cylinders,the new rubber cylinder that wraps red copper around the shoulder of the packer rubber cylinder reduces the protrusion distance by 63.35%;the double rubber cylinder with new composite structure of"main rubber cylinder+double side support",acquires an average increase of 30 MPa in pressure resistance performance;when nitrile rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene are used as matrix materials for reinforcement and applied in packer rubber cartridge,the optimized packer rubber cartridge can maintain good sealing performance at high temperature above 170℃;by spraying zirconia ceramic insulation coating on the outer surface of the central tube,the rubber cylinder has good sealing performance at 350℃.When the packer rubber cylinder is filled with nylon 66 cord,the cartridge matrix remains intact under the fracturing pump pressure of 80 MPa and 175℃.All of the three optimization methods can effectively improve the temperature and pressure resistance performance of the rubber cartridge,preventing it from failure and damage.Finally,the research trends on the optimization of packer rubber cartridge are given.The proposals in the paper have certain reference significance for future research on sealing components of packers.
