摘  要:为了确保叉车制动系统的制动性能良好,使叉车能有效地减速或驻停,保护驾驶员生命安全,对制动系统的检验方法和制动性能进行了研究。首先从叉车的驾驶方式、制动系统的组成结构两方面进行了详细阐释;然后根据《场(厂)内专用机动车辆安全技术规程》(TSG 81—2022)相关条款,总结了制动系统检验的要求、目的、方法;进一步结合叉车车轮产生滑移现象的原因,分析了制动性能指标-制动力。在此基础上,针对如何保持叉车制动系统的制动性能良好提出了见解,如可以围绕自行检查、维护保养、规范拆装、应急处理4个层面建立常态化管护机制,能有效防范制动系统失效,预防和减少叉车发生安全事故。为叉车制动系统的检验、制造、修理提供了重要参考价值。In order to ensure the good braking performance of the forklift braking system,enable the forklift to effectively decelerateor park,and protect the driver's life safety,the inspection methods and braking performance of the braking system are studied.Firstly,a detailed explanation is provided from two aspects:the driving style of the forklift and the composition and structure of the braking system.Then,according to the relevant provisions of the"Safety Technical Regulations for Special Motor Vehicles in the Field Factory"(TSG 81-2022),the requirements,objectives and methods for brake system inspection are summarized.Furthermore,based on the reasons for the slip phenomenon of forklift wheels,the braking performance index of braking force is analyzed.On this basis,personal opinions are put forward on how to maintain the good braking performance of the forklift braking system.For example,a normalized management and protection mechanism can be established around four levels:selfinspection,maintenance and upkeep,standardized disassembly and emergency response,which can effectively prevent the failure of the braking system and prevent and reduce safety accidents of forklifts.It provides important reference value for the inspection,manufacturing,and repair of forklift brake systems.
