摘  要:以负载NaHSO_(4)的ZSM-5分子筛为催化剂,催化乳酸与OP-10、AEO-3、AEO-7三个常用的聚氧乙烯基表面活性剂进行酯化反应。在乳酸与表活的反应摩尔比为1∶1,催化剂用量为2%,反应温度为100℃,并通过减压蒸馏除水从而实现无溶剂体系高转化率合成了三个乳酸酯改性产物。用红外光谱表征了合成产物的结构特征,对改性产物的表面张力、乳化性能和泡沫性能进行了测试。结果表明经改性后的产物乳化性能明显提升,起泡性下降,在低泡分散体系具有较好的应用前景。ZSM-5 molecular sieve loaded with NaHSO 4 was used as catalyst to catalyze the esterification reaction of lactic acid with three commonly used polyoxyethylene surfactants,OP-10,AEO-3 and AEO-7.The three lactate-modified products were synthesized at a reaction molar ratio of lactic acid to surfactant of 1∶1,catalyst dosage of 2%,reaction temperature of 100℃,and removing water by distillation under reduced pressure thereby achieving high conversion in solvent-free system.The structural characteristics of the synthesized products were characterized by infrared spectrum,and the surface tension,emulsification and foam properties of the modified products were tested.The results showed that the emulsification properties of the modified products were significantly improved,the foaming property was decreased,and they had good application prospects in low-foaming dispersion systems.
