建构主义视域下高校媒体融合创新党课的路径研究

摘　　要：党课作为高校思政工作中的基础工程,其创新改革实践影响着青年思想引领的工作成效。近年来,大学生在短平快的信息流冲击下,对传统党课表现出更多互动性与针对性的需求。媒体融合创新党课准确把握当代学生的信息化学习特点,在有效提升党课教学灵活性与自主性的同时,为党课教育教学改革注入新活力。建构主义视阈下的党课创新,更重视学习者的价值观塑造,多采用情感共鸣、道德激励等方式激发党员的学习兴趣、提高学习动力,从而促进党员的积极参与和主动学习。未来党建与思政工作者应重视培养学生的建构思维,创新更符合新时代大学生身心发展的媒体融合党课,并促进此领域的研究与实践。As a fundamental project in the ideological and political work of universities,the innovative reform practice of Party courses affects the effectiveness of youth ideological guidance.In recent years,college students show more interactive and targeted needs for traditional Party courses under the impact of short and fast information flow.Media integration and innovation of Party courses accurately grasp the characteristics of contemporary students'information-based learning,effectively improving the flexibility and autonomy of party course teaching,while injecting new vitality into the reform of party course education and teaching.From the perspective of constructivism,innovation in Party courses places greater emphasis on shaping learners'values,and often uses emotional resonance,moral motivation,and other methods to stimulate the learning interest and motivation of Party members,thereby promoting their active participation and active learning.Future Party building and ideological and political workers should attach importance to cultivating students'constructive thinking,innovate media integrated Party courses that are more in line with the physical and mental development of college students in the new era,and promote research and practice in this field.
