摘 要:针对高速铁路整体吊弦普遍存在的瞬时拉力冲击振动问题,提出一种添加了阻尼橡胶的接触网整体吊弦结构,并采用有限元分析方法和力学性能测试试验手段,探究阻尼橡胶对整体吊弦力学性能的改善作用。结果表明:在交变位移载荷作用下,普通型整体吊弦零部件存在明显的塑性变形和较大的等效应力,以及强度较大、频率成分复杂的振动特性;安装有阻尼橡胶的整体吊弦零部件塑性变形和等效应力均显著降低,振动强度明显减弱且频率成分简单;当整体吊弦处于受拉状态时,阻尼橡胶能够产生与位移载荷幅值接近的变形量,从而有效耗散整体吊弦的振动能量,减小整体吊弦各零部件的塑性变形及等效应力,实现接触网整体吊弦的力学性能提升。A new structure of rubber damping component is proposed and introduced into the dropper of the railway catenary system considering the large instantaneous tensile force generated in the dropper when a train is running at a high speed.Both experimental test and finite element simulation indicate a significant impact mitigation effect of the damping component.The results show that visible plastic deformation and equivalent stress,as well as high-intensity vibration with multiple frequencies are observed when the dropper is stretched in a sinusoidal rhythm.After the addition of rubber damping has been found the plastic deformation and equivalent stress in the dropper is significantly reduced,and the shock vibration is also relieved.Numerical simulation found that the rubber damping can generate a deformation whose amplitude is comparable to the displacement of the external excitation.Therefore,the vibration energy of the dropper is effectively dissipated by the rubber damping,resulting in the tensile force and plastic deformation generated in the dropper are reduced,thereby the mechanical performance of the dropper is improved.
