摘　　要：《黄帝内经》是中医学理论的奠基之作,内含生命在宇宙间生存规律的学问,具体涵盖人体生理、病理、诊断及治疗等方面,并共同指向对人体身体规律的根本认识。“象数合一”是医易会通的交点,也是天人合一思想的具体表达。基于“象数合一”理念探析《黄帝内经》身体观以更深刻明晰身体结构、脏腑系统、经络循行、生理过程等,为理解天人同构的生命存在提供了一种分析路径,更为明晓中医哲学的生命观和思维方式以指导实践提供了明确的切入模式。Huangdi Neijing is the foundational work of traditional Chinese medicine,which contains knowledge of the laws of life survival in the universe,including human physiological and pathological phenomena,diagnosis and treatment,and focuses on the fundamental understanding of the laws of the human body.'Unity of image and number' is the intersection of medicine and Yi-ology,and is also a specific expression of the idea of the unity of heaven and man.Exploring and analyzing the human body view of Huangdi Neijing based on the concept of the unity of image and number can make a more profound understanding of the body structure,the system of zang-fu organs,the meridian circulation and the physiological process,which provides an analytical path for understanding the life existence of the isomorphism of heaven and man,and also provides a clear cut-in mode for understanding the life concept and thinking mode of traditional Chinese medicine philosophy to better guide the practice.
