大椎穴的古代文献研究探微

摘　　要：大椎又名百劳、上杼,是临床常用的督脉腧穴。文章整理归纳古籍中大椎的穴名渊源、定位与循经、穴性特点、主治规律,以及对于“骨会大杼”争议的解释。总结得出大椎作为八会穴之骨会和三阳督脉之会,具有解表退热、强壮健骨、振奋阳气的作用,可广泛用于治疗内、外、妇、儿、五官科等多科疾病。从浩瀚的古代文献记载中梳理出大椎的相关内容,以拓宽本穴的现代应用范围,以期为临床治疗和实验研究提供更多思路和参考依据。Dazhui(DU14),also known as Bailao,Shangzhu,is clinical common point of Du vein.This paper summarizes the origin of point name,positioning and meridian circulation,characteristics of the points,law of treatment,and the explanation of the controversy of the bone confluence point of Dazhui(DU14).It is concluded that Dazhui(DU14),as the bone confluence point of the eight influentia point and the meeting of three-yang governor vessels,has the role of relieving superficies and reducing fever,strong bones,stimulating yang qi,and can be widely used in the treatment of internal medicine,gynecology,surgery,pediatrics,ENT and other disease.Therefore,the relevant content of Dazhui(DU14) has been sorted out from the vast ancient literature records to broaden the modern application scope of this point,in order to provide more ideas and references for clinical treatment and experimental research.
