摘　　要：历来诸多医家对六经提纲存在与否持不同看法,由此引发的辩论数不可数。“象”“境”“意”“神”由王永炎院士提出,今重归象思维,从取象、筑境、会意、通神4个层次探讨《伤寒论》六经提纲。以象思维理论阐述六经提纲的确实存在性,象思维重在体悟,象以言意,境以扬神。从象思维来认识六经提纲是回归传统,回归古人认识事物的思维,从思维层面切入六经提纲,对把握其主旨,临床更好地把握疾病的动态变化,更客观地认识当下疾病状况,更灵活地用药提供了一种新思路。Over the years,many medical practitioners have held different views on the existence or otherwise of the six meridians outline,and this has led to countless debates.The terms ‘Xiang' ‘realm' ‘meaning' and ‘spirit' were proposed by academician WANG Yongyan,and now we return to the theory of ‘Xiang thinking' and explore the six meridians outline on Shanghan Lun at four levels:taking the Xiang,building the realm,understanding the meaning and communicating the spirit.The theory of ‘Xiang thinking' is used to illustrate the existence of the six meridians outline,the idea is expressed in the image,the mood lifts the spirit.To understand the six meridians outline from the ‘Xiang thinking' is to return to the tradition,to return to the thinking of the ancients to understand things,to cut into the six meridians outline from the thinking level,to grasp the main idea of the six meridians outline,in order to provide a new way of thinking for the clinic to better grasp the dynamic changes of the disease,to understand the current state of the disease more objectively,and to use the medication more flexibly.
