基于中西医临床病症特点的复发性肝癌动物模型分析

摘　　要：为进一步研究复发性肝癌的发病机制及治疗方法,需要构建高度吻合复发性肝癌临床表现的动物模型。文章基于复发性肝癌中西医临床病症特点,参照现行临床诊断标准,分析和整理现有复发性肝癌的动物模型,对复发性肝癌动物模型中西医诊断标准及临床吻合度进行评价。结果显示肝切除后肝癌复发模型与联合免疫抑制肝癌复发模型西医临床吻合度较高,且联合免疫抑制肝癌复发模型实验周期短、价格适中,是一类较为科学的动物模型。目前尚无结合中医证候造模的复发性肝癌动物模型,且现有造模方法中医吻合度较低,难以体现中医致病因素及辨证论治的特点。因此未来研究应着重于构建准确、规范的复发性肝癌中西医临床病症结合动物模型并完善其评价标准,文章拟为发现及筛选复发性肝癌病症结合动物模型提供一定借鉴和指导。To further study the pathogenesis and treatment of recurrent liver cancer,it is necessary to construct animal models that highly match the clinical manifestations of recurrent liver cancer.Based on the clinical disease characteristics of recurrent liver cancer in traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and referring to the current clinical diagnosis criteria,this paper analyzes and arranges the existing animal models of recurrent liver cancer,and evaluates the diagnostic criteria and clinical anastomosis of animal models of recurrent liver cancer.The results show that the liver cancer recurrence model after liver resection and combined immunosuppressive liver cancer recurrence model have a high clinical anastomosis,and the latter has short experimental period and moderate price,which is a more scientific animal model.At present,there are few animal models of recurrent liver cancer combined with TCM syndrome modeling,and the existing modeling methods are not consistent with TCM,which is difficult to reflect the pathogenic factors of TCM and the characteristics of syndrome differentiation.Therefore,future research should focus on the construction of accurate and standardized animal models of recurrent liver cancer combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and improve its evaluation criteria.This article intends to provide some reference and guidance for the discovery and screening animal models of recurrent liver cancer combined with syndrome.
