摘　　要：生殖周期(围月经期、围产期、围绝经期)可能会影响女性双相障碍患者的病程,治疗过程中需要特殊考虑以权衡疗效。本文将围绕女性双相障碍不同生殖周期发作的临床特征、发病机制及诊疗进展作一综述。Reproductive cycle(perimenstrual,perinatal period and perimenopause)affects the course of women with bipolar disorder and their treatment with some special considerations are needed during their treatment process.This article elaborates the clinical features,pathogenesis and treatment management for women with bipolar disorder during different reproductive cycles.
