摘　　要：文章针对当今社会都市人群压力普遍较高的情况进行讨论,通过研究相关心理学文献,总结出了基于行为心理学理论的解压玩具设计原则。以用户需求为导向,确定了解压玩具关键的设计策略。对解压玩具进行了探索性研究,希望为玩具企业及设计人员提供参考依据,为设计师开发新产品提供设计思路。This paper discusses the generally high pressure faced by urban population in today's society,and summarizes the design principles of decompression toy based on behavioral psychology theory by studying relevant psychological literature.Guided by user needs,the key design strategies of decompression toy are determined.Exploratory research on decompression toy is carried out,hoping to provide reference for toy enterprises and designers,and provide design ideas for designers to develop new products.
